Massdriver Posted January 29, 2019 Share Posted January 29, 2019 The culture and people are so far ahead of the laws. In Texas, you can buy CBD all over the place. CBD is only legal under very limited circumstances in Texas, but tons of health shops, even in small towns, are selling it and many of the buyers think it is legal and use it for arthritis or general pain. I'm wondering if the Feds and Texas are planning a massive operation. If they did, they're going end up arresting a lot of people that do not look like drug dealers.
