Unless you mean after you have downloaded them already then no I havent had that issue. Which console do you have to reset. The one with the game pass account as the home Xbox or the other? It occasionally would show up under updates on the left side. A folder that listed all game pass games. Just like a normal folder with games, apps etc But it often disappears.
