he wouldn't have been arrested if it was his wife this was about, there has to an accuser. I can't just go to police and say I saw so and so beat someone up and have them arrested, the police need to interview a victim who has to press charges.

TMZ has amended the story to indicate that it's another woman, not his estranged wife.
