She over turned a centuries long rule that you can't call the president racist on the floor of Congress. That's not nothing, and she thus still has to be careful about the words she's using but she either isn't communicating that very well, or she deserves the second round of criticism.

The rule Republicans tried enforcing to silence Pelosi is actually centuries old, written by a slave-owning founder and distilled from centuries of British parliamentary procedure.

It's centuries old but not arcane. It was updated by the last Congress, likely to give power to the Republican party to silence anyone who called trump out for his racism on the floor. As we have seen getting ruled out of order has your words struck from the record and you're forbidden from speaking for the rest of the day.

As bad as Charlottesville and other things were, this may be the darkest moment yet of a very dark time in our history.

I know the dangers of certain comparisons, but damn that strikes me as Hitler talking about Jews in the '30's.

Other than the fact that Trump has desensitized us to it, is there any real difference between that chant and "Jews will not replace us"?

There is no difference. This is a klan rally without the hoods.

The new grand wizard allows them to be fully exposed with pretty much a slap on the hand, or if that. Just needs to change that “get away with shooting someone on 5th avenue” statement to “get away with burning a (insert foreign coloured person nationality here) on the front lawn of The White House”

Abed was wrong. THIS IS THE DARKEST TIMELINE and no facial hair needed
