Same with PA.

PA construction is actually an infinite timeloop.  The real culprit is states refusing to increase fuel taxes to fund construction, PA for example within the last few years came to the brink and had to dramatically increase it or the highway department was going to go broke, now its more than NYs.

Good to know they have the stance as on other constitutionally-mandated things, like the USPS—sure they have to exist, but no one said they have to have any members or actually do anything.

Senate Democratic leaders on Tuesday pointedly refused to say if they supported California Sen. Dianne Feinstein staying in her post as the top Democrat on the Senate Judiciary Committee, sidestepping questions about the veteran party elder after she praised Republicans' handling of the confirmation proceedings for Supreme Court nominee Amy Coney Barrett.

Off with her head. Pelosi and Schumer too. Hell, every politician over 65 or who believes in imaginary sky wizards. Lets make a very long guillotine, then we don’t have to waste anyone’s time. We can kill them all at once!

Add my rep, Hoyer, to that list. Every 2 years, it's a vote against him in the primary and a vote for him in the general.

One of the things I find interesting is that SCOTUS nominees didn’t do any testimony until the 1950s.

There really is no reason for congress to have any input...but at the same time, the appointment process is clearly broken.

I don’t even know why they do the show pony questioning. There’s been no doubt of the outcome since day one.

The Roman Senate continued to hold meetings like nothing had happened for hundreds of years after Augustus.

unless I'm completely disconnected from Biden's whole M.O. and this bipartisan commission is stacked with limp dicked Republicans or rino's this only proves that democrats are terminally incapable of rising to any challenges that this country faces

Worst case scenario: This is the Democratic Party we know and love still playing by the old rules.

Best case scenario: The media desperately wants to create a scandal for Biden to make this a horse race and this was an answer that gives them nothing.
