It acts as a commission report on a 2020 war between North Korea and the USA. In it North Korea nukes South Korea, Japan, New York, Jupiter Florida, and Northern Virgina. My only complaints are there isnt much info on Japan and South Korea. It was also really short audio book was about 6 hours and a half. Back to Mechanicum I go.
