Favorite way to consume eggs?

Easily an omelette. I've been making them since I was 10yrs old.

Fried egg on a sandwich. Or over easy. I also love eggs benedict.

 

I don't eat scrambled eggs very often, but when I do, I eat them scrambled hard to the point of browning, with ketchup. Just like when I was a wee lad.

I like to mention that my omelette's are just glorified egg sandwiches.

I put a smidge of heavy whipping cream in my eggs before scrambling them. Eggs are so versatile. I love them hard boiled also with some salt.

Sunny side up so I can dip my white toast in them!

Fried Egg Whites or 90% of the time over hard and I just eat around the yolk.

Don't like the yolk runny or hard, but scrambled I enjoy almost as much as egg whites.

Of course, I fry some cut-up bologna first and then add the scrambled eggs to the pan and I eat it all on buttered toast.

My third favorite method, and the method I do most often is just regular scrambled eggs but I don't add the salt and pepper until after it's on my plate.

Over easy is my favorite, but I can't justify eating 5 eggs like that so I normally do 4 servings of egg whites, one whole egg, some 2% milk and scramble it up where it's still a little soft and very moist. If I don't have milk I'll use some cottage cheese in it.

• Scrambled in a breakfast burrito.
• Scrambled with my own recipe for a butter sauce.
• Benedict on an English muffin with onion jam and bacon.

Scrambled. I usually make a little bowl with scrambled eggs, cheese, bacon and/or sausage, and hot sauce.

A good runny fried egg is elite if it is paired with a good carb (toast, home fries, tortilla, etc.) Scrambled eggs are good but they gotta be fluffy.

I used to go all out in the morning making eggs every which way. Now I’m so busy with getting kids ready and going to work. Almost every day I make 4 eggs (1 whole, 3 whites) scramble them as fast as I can and go to work. Some days when I’m behind schedule, I just scramble them in a bowl, microwave them, and eat them in the car. At that point it’s just about getting the protein in me haha.

I find that the heavy whipping cream makes them real fluffy

I just remembered how I used to go eat at a coffee shop next to my apartment building. She would make me these croissant sandwiches with sunny side up eggs that were insanely good! I liked how they would give me a tab that I would come on payday to pay off.

I liked a couple different restaurants and the employees remembered my name when I lived in Reno, NV.

I did this on my bachelor party weekend. Cracked an egg into a tall glass of PBR and downed it. Not nearly as bad as you think.
