chakoo Posted November 21 Posted November 21 So now that BF sales are starting (long before actual BF). What all have we bought to put on our backlogs? So far I've racked up . Final Fantasy Pixel Remaster (Switch) . Atari 50: The Anniversary Celebration Exp Steelbook Edition (Switch) - This one I might give to a friend as his xmas gift . Octopath Traveler 2 (Switch) . World of Horror (Switch) I'm probably going to keep my buying a little light this year but i'm hoping that Gundam Breakers 4, Ys X, & Romancing Saga 2 go on sale (in canada). 3 1 1 Quote
DPCyric Posted November 21 Posted November 21 How is World of Horror? I've been wanting to try it out. Quote
Best Posted November 21 Posted November 21 I have given up worrying about beating games now. I just start a game, love it, a new game releases, drop current game, play and love the new game, new game releases, drop current game, and love the new game. It's a visious cycle and I'm not able to control it. 1 1 Quote

crispy4000 Posted November 22 Posted November 22 I’ll hopefully buy close to nothing else this year, after spending $2k on a gaming pc. I will finish out my last month of the Humble Choice promotion. And if I keep my 4080S after the Nvidia event in January, will redeem the Indiana Jones code with it. Quote
Fizzzzle Posted November 22 Posted November 22 I'll probably get Veilguard at some point, but I don't have money to be blowing on games. I just recently got my PS3 emulator working on my PC, so right now I'm playing through the PS3 Tales games (Xillia, Xillia 2, and Graces) since it looks like those games will probably never get ported to PC. Biggie Posted November 22 Posted November 22 Ace Attorney Anthology is on the cyber sale for $35.99 Quote
XxEvil AshxX Posted November 22 Posted November 22 I guess Steam's holiday sale hasn't kicked in yet, because I keep looking at my wishlist and none of them have been discounted. As far as Xbox and Playstation, I already have pretty much everything that interests me already. Quote

But it’s been a very strong past 5 months by Humble’s standards. Some stuff I didn’t own that I picked up: Quote - Ghostrunner 2 - A Plague's Tale: Reqiuem - Persona 4 Golden - Remnant 2 - Jusant - Cassette Beasts - Sifu - Person 5 Strikers - The Lamplighter's League - Gotham Knights - Spongebob: The Cosmic Shake - High on Life - Blacktail - Astral Ascent - Lost Eidons - The Bookwalker Quote

I'm working off and on now so I've picked up a few of the bundles (Remnant 2 was a must get) and I'm hoping to pick up this months (I already have Persona 4 Golden but I'm interested in Darktide, Lamplighter's League, and Cassette Beasts). Paperclyp Posted November 23 Posted November 23 Anyone have strong recs on a PS VR 2? That price is pretty enticing. Quote
XxEvil AshxX Posted November 23 Posted November 23 Tempted to grab the FFVII Remake + Rebirth bundle on the PS store for $60. I heard Rebirth kinda runs like ass on the PS5 though.... so I dunno. Quote

Bacon Posted November 23 Posted November 23 SMTV:V is on sale for 44 but I want it to be even cheaper Quote

It runs well though in large part though. Quote

So whatever it runs at now is it. I might just wait for it to come to PC. Quote

Days Gone managed it well, as a ‘heavily modified’ version of the engine, so there’s always hope Square Enix figured out similar modifications making Rebirth. But Remake was already a bad port. I’m guessing it’s going to be a pick your poison sort of thing. Hope I’m wrong. Quote
tgo Posted November 24 Posted November 24 Alan Wake 2 deluxe edition PC is tempting at $46 CDN. Quote

TheLeon Posted November 24 Posted November 24 There isn’t much I’m really looking to buy, and I’ve really curbed my “buy it ‘cuz it’s cheap” impulses in the last couple years. Alan Wake 2 Deluxe for $40 is the only thing that’s caught my eye, and even that I can wait on. Quote

Nokra Posted November 24 Posted November 24 The same friend who got me into Vampire Survivors recommended Brotato, so I bought that and its DLC for $8. I got a good 100+ hours out of Vampire Survivors for $20 so I'm optimistic. Quote
vaxick Posted November 25 Posted November 25 So far I've purchased Balatro - PS5 Tomb Raider 1 - 3 Remastered Collection -PS5 Neon White - PS5 Sonic X Shadow Generations - PS5 There's some other stuff tempting me, but I also debating what I should buy now or just wait for future price drops as I've got way too many games to play as it is. chakoo Posted November 25 Author Posted November 25 Damn reviews !!! I saw Death Mark 2 was on sale. It looks cool and I've been enjoying horror VN this year so I checked on reviews and they were positive but said to play the first game first. So I saw that was at a reasonable price and I bought it. Then I found out there was a 2nd game apart of the series called NG and saw it was on sale on Amazon US so I end up buying that as well (and got Gundam Breakers 4 that I wanted which was on sale). Now DM2 is not on sale atm on Amazon Canada, lol. I'm sure it will pop back on sale soon enough. -edit- I also bought a bunch of other games on sale recently. I'll wait till I stop (hopefully soon) to post the full list. Quote

Bitgod Posted November 26 Posted November 26 But still, that's on EGS. Hard to say what's better, free or not opening EGS. Not buying any games ATM, buying hardware before Uncle Don raises the prices. 1 Quote
SaysWho? Posted November 26 Posted November 26 I'm going to post on both threads like a boss. Arriving Today: Cyberpunk 2077 Ultimate Edition (PS5) FINAL FANTASY I-VI COLLECTION Anniversary Edition (PS4) Sea of Stars (PS5) I was going to get Outer Wilds, but the wrong print went out for the PS5 version that didn't have the DLC, and I wanted it all on disc, so I'm just preordering it on iam8bit now. If you'd like the Switch version, it's $19.99. 1 Quote
