I'm the opposite here. I would be surprised to see GTA 6 at this, just because Take 2 / Rockstar don't need the game awards to promote the game. Don't they have like the most watched trailer ever, and that was just them releasing it on youtube. They don't need to pay Keighley for something they could get for free themselves.

 

As for Half life remasters, valve isn't doing it themselves but people are working on those RTX remakes of it.

And they sort of did improve it in some way when the anniversary rolled around a month or two ago.
