Unless Sony supports it the same way Nintendo does, I wouldn’t bother. The handheld market is growing quickly and extremely competitive. If Sony doesn’t plan to make original content for it then it will have a PSVR2 on its hand.

All I'll say is that Moonlight/Sunshine is absolutely game changing for in-home streaming, in a way that none one else touches apparently.  I'd be hard pressed to buy a portable gaming device without bonafide exclusives that doesn't support it.

How does the new iPad Pro handle as a handheld? It has pretty much the most power and best screen possible but are only shitty mobile games available for it?

Mostly mobile since Apple really only cares about Apple Arcade subs. There are a few bigger games that dropped on it but they don’t sell.  Unless Apple pays for the port, I can’t imagine many are interested.
