Littleronin Posted August 12 Share Posted August 12 I was just discussing that ruling with a couple of people in my town. They were all happy because they love deregulation. I mentioned that the primary reason the army base here was taken off the BRAC list nearly 2 decades ago was due to the costs to cleanup was prohibitively expensive.
