SoberChef
A former Marine grapples his way through a web of small-town corruption when an attempt to post bail for his cousin escalates into a violent standoff with the local police chief. He didn’t start this fight, but he will finish it.
SoberChef
Huge fan of Jeremy's works thus far. This originally had John Boyega attached & he departed like a day before or into shooting. That's fine, as Aaron Pierre caught my attention in Old and I hope this elevates his profile more. Also, any chance to see James Badge Dale act is an automatic must watch for me. Greatoneshere
Really loved Jeremy Saulnier's written/directed features Blue Ruin and Green Room - excellent movies. His Netflix film Hold the Dark though was far too obtuse and esoteric, all amounting to very little - not a good movie. I'm surprised he hasn't directed anything since that film in 2018, six years is a long time. Glad to see him coming out with something new.
legend
This movie looks entirely indulgent, and I too want to indulge.
TheLeon
I don’t know if I’ll ever get tired of “they messed with the wrong guy (secret badass)” movies. This looks great.
