SoberChef
Solid cast w/ a few alums from Mayans. Looks interesting enough to be sure.
Greatoneshere
I used to be a big Robert Rodriguez fan but the man hasn't directed anything truly good (that I loved) since Once Upon a Time in Mexico in 2003, Sin City in 2005, and Planet Terror in 2007. I mean Shorts? Machete? Machete Kills? Spy Kids 4? We Can Be Heroes? Sin City: A Dame to Kill For? Alita: Battle Angel? was probably his best/most competent movie since 2007, and that was just okay. This looks to be his most live-action but still adult, most straightforward film he's made in years, it's usually kids' films like Shorts and Spy Kids 4 and We Can Be Heroes or silly action sendups like Machete, Machete Kills or Sin City: A Dame to Kill For. Given this sees him doing something he hasn't done in a long while, I am intrigued regardless given he's both co-writing and directing it.
