In humans it's really only 'does this splatter their head' or not since I mostly try to land headshots anyway. The weapon stats don't really seem to make much of a difference on humans. That double-barreled long barrel shotgun is the best as far as I'm concerned in terms of feeling. Blowing someone's head off with that thing is great. stepee Posted November 14, 2018 Share Posted November 14, 2018 Just beat this last night, loved the whole thing but after the 3rd chapter the pacing really picked up as well as my love for Arthur as a character and it was hard to put down. I’m not sure if it’s my favorite game of the year, but it’s close to GOW. It was a lot of what I wanted, but GOW as a game is superior. Why would I ever do a side quest that pays me $10 when even in Chapter 2 I was consistently at $400 in my pocket at the very least and had nothing to spend it on because the game locks everything based on story progression instead of XP. If you use the high end ammo on the better repeaters you can one shot many humans with a body shot. If you're hitting them in the head, I think you're right that stats don't matter much. What I was doing wrong is only moving the Left stick when I saw Arthur leaning....you have to go the opposite direction the horse is bucking, not the opposite direction Arthur is leaning. Well, if you jump off your horse, buy a ticket on a train and then speed off in the distance, what is your horse supposed to do? Buy a ticket as well? You just abandoned him! For real though, before I buy a stagecoach or train ticket, I always whistle for my horse to come to me. Seems to do the trick, and it's waiting for me on the other end. If he's leaning looking to fall off it's already over. so I did this and like super slow with multiple fails. Still, have no idea why the horse kept getting spooked. Honesty, I love the game but so many times things just straight up don't work right or are beyond poorly explained. Like should I 'CALL' to the horse first. Because that seems like a bad idea and the first few times that would cause immediate spook. BUT turns out you have to do it to initiate the whole process (AND IM NOT EVEN SURE ABOUT FUCKING THAT!) should have just lasso'd the fucker.
