Judges from the various circuit courts would sit on the Supreme court for a period of time. The only permanent Justice would be the Chief Justice. As far as how long a Judge would serve on the high court - 1 year. Statehood for DC and PR. That's 4 new senators. Just move some members of the House around to accommodate for them if we're so against expanding the House. Either that, or expand the House just enough to give DC and PR they're own reps. It's the solution to the Dem's problem AND would remedy a ridiculous injustice that's gone unchecked for a century, plus. It's so obvious Democrats will never push for it. 5timechamp
Its as if the Dems would rather lose a billion times over as long as they can claim the high moral ground… Im not sure how much worse it would get if the Dems started playing as dirty as the GOP, but the thing is the GOP base are already convinced that the Left is trying to destroy them so…

b_m_b_m_b_m
Getting an ob thrown in jail and probably losing their license is clearly a better option than them stopping their practice. /s the U.S. has no problem throwing people in jail. What’s realistic is they will see women die or they’re going to move to an abortion legal state and care for women in criminalized states will have worst outcomes for women

Kal-El814
Fucking of course they want a national ban, I don't understand why they're cowards about admitting this whole cloth. If your POV is that "life begins at conception," then carving out exceptions for rape and incest doesn't make sense. The only possible ones that might would be the kind of pregnancies that endanger the life of the mother, but I don't trust the party of "legitimate rape" and people who say aloud that women should regulate their intake of cum to appreciate any kind of biological nuance.
