You need to go to the Dr and get a prescription steroid cream. Apply it after a workout shower or whenever they seem to be flaring up. Over the counter won't cut it. If you're lifting heavy you're putting immense pressure on your body and essentially the only output is for the veins at the bottom of the pressure to erupt. He said I could set up an appointment for it or he could just do it right there. He got a nurse (she happened to be incredibly hot, which made this all so, so much worse) and had me lie on my side in the fetal position and the nurse held open my ass cheeks while he cut the hemorrhoid open and removed it.
