General Gaming Assassin's Creed Odyssey will be "much longer" than Assassin's Creed Origins

Assassin's Creed Odyssey will require more of a time investment than Origins, according to game director Scott Phillips. Speaking in the video above to Game Informer, Phillips is asked if the game is about the same length as Origins, and answers "No, much longer."

Jesus. Took me 35 hours to beat Orgins story. That's like 100 hours in my tiny lil brain. I will never beat any games if they keep getting longer and longer.

Origins had a lot of content, but as I understand it, the main story was actually relatively middling for length.

Fucking seriously. I found out you had to do all the Riddler shit in Arkham Knight to get the "good" ending and just said no fucking way, fuck that, and looked up the video on YouTube after beating the game. And, honestly, are you fucking shitting me? I would have been FUMING if I'd wasted my time on going back to do all that bullshit only to get that minor addition to the ending video. I was indescribably happy that I decided to just look it up on YouTube once I'd finished watching it.

LOL.  Admittedly, I've never been an AssCreed fan, but I heard this one was a departure from the previous games(and the new one, Odyssey definitely is), so I figured I'd give it a shot.  Got it cheap.

It was pretty evident with your references to the collectibles from AC1/2, rather than the more substantive side content from AC:O.

hmm.  I'm like 1/3 through the game and have been collecting them.  I usually stop at about 95%, lol.  I find some of them fun.

I thought many of them were fun, though some of the timed ones that required driving were a little frustrating. Reminded me of this:
