The Dreamcast and Wii library are full of stuff that is generally forgotten or overlooked, and most of it is stuck on those systems.  Stuff on the Wii like Deadly Creatures, Boom Blox, Sin & Punishment 2, Lost in Shadows, etc.  More recently, I can vouch for Shinsekai: Into the Depths, which is a metroid-ish game that came out on Apple Arcade and then was ported to Switch.  Seems like nobody played it, but it's excellent.

I was actually really interested in this, I really like the setting and it looks fun. Unfortunately I don't have any of the platforms it actually came out on.

I thought you had a Switch?  If you ever get one, or if it comes out on other systems, definitely look into it.  I rarely enjoy metroidvania games but I loved it.  It really nails the feeling of being underwater and desperately diving and grappling around.  The atmosphere and soundtrack are awesome too.  The only downside is that it's not great visually, at least on the TV.

Who could forget about Steven Spielberg's Boom Blox?

Does Treasure even still exist? I don't think I've played any game of theirs since Sin and Punishment 2.

Also, nearly all Apple Arcade exclusives disappear once they get ported outside of the Apple ecosystem. I think iOS reviews are screwing them over. The bigger Some Arcade releases get extensive coverage that will often overshadow the reviews they're get one they hit other consoles or PC. If Fantasian gets a port outside of iOS next year or the year after, I have a feeling even it will just slide right under the radar.

I meant to get one at some point, probably posted about it on here, but never ended up doing so.

Yeah I always forget that Spielberg was somehow involved with that game!  It's strange that it never was ported anywhere, because it's really awesome, and the only Wii-specific feature is that you have to flick the controller.  It would be easy to replicate on a joy con, or even with a controller's thumbstick.

Treasure is still active in some capacity I think, but they sadly haven't made any games since 2014 from what I can find.  S&P 2 is phenomenal though.

Lots of haters out there, but Breath of the Wild is the best game of the past 10 or so years, so get one at some point if you can.  Luckily you can still play the other best game, Outer Wilds.

Bumping this to talk about Hydro Thunder Hurricane.  Not sure if everyone forgot about it necessarily, but I rediscovered it via Xbox backwards compatibility and it's really, really good.  I remember buying it during the summer of arcade promotion in 2010, but don't think I ever got too far or played it too much.  My knocks against it are the extremely generic and forgettable soundtrack, and the fact that the game doesn't really rev up until you unlock the expert boats and the later courses.  I wouldn't fault somebody for thinking it's bland or forgettable early on, because the novice and intermediate boats don't give you a great sense of what the game really is.

When you unlock the expert boats, and start doing the expert challenges (gauntlet and ring events in addition to racing) the game reveals itself as a phenomenal arcade racer with a great hook: the amazing water physics.  The game has a dynamic water system and it's far and away the best that I've encountered in a game.  The varying hulls of the boats react differently to the waves, giving each craft a distinct feel, and each race feels a bit different because of the procedural and dynamic water system.  Drafting behind boats becomes essential as you ride their wake, and the races and events play out quite differently depending on how you navigate the water.

If you have an Xbox and like arcade racing, give it a go.  If you like Hydro Thunder or Wave Race, then it's an essential experience.
