But once you go it's I usually take 2 capfuls at a time too. If you've never taken it before I wouldn't go too heavy on it unless you're just hanging around at home anyhow though. My body never wants me to shit when I'm not at home, apparently. I had a pretty regular poop time (mid-late morning) while I worked second shift. Now that I'm on first shift, and that would be in the middle of my work day, I don't have to go at all. I'm not holding it in or anything. I don't mind doing it at work, but I just never need to. Led to a LOT of toilet paper in the bowl after I tried to flush the turd away before wiping. Thankfully I made it back to my room without being seen but it was right across the hall from my room and I could hear people commenting on how it was an unreasonable amount of toilet paper etc etc and how that must have clogged it...the plumbing and toilets sucked bad enough that I'd normally do multiple midway flushes to avoid clogs.
