Country’s powerful military have previously threatened to ‘take action’ over alleged fraud in a November election

Considering her complicity and denialism in the face of genocide, I honestly don't give a damn what happens to her.

The military has confirmed the coup:

The announcement comes hours after Aung San Suu Kyi and other political leaders were detained.

I went to this guy's Twitter since he's quoted in the article, and when you do a bunch of balloons pop up for his birthday 😬😬😬

I'm confused, that seemed like a tweet about the US.

It's a strange situation for me because I was all for overthrowing that crazy lady whose Nobel should be revoked but I'm also against military coups. And their handling since then has been terrible.

So . . . let the people decide and vote on their own future?

I suppose now that Black, Manafort, Stone, and Kelly aren't available this is the next best bet.

I will admit I was indifferent to all this at the start because both sides have been shit but the way the military has been cracking down on protesters is just awful. </3

Are there any viable solutions to this sadly?
