I call it that cuz spicy wings could be any flavor, but the wings I am talking about taste like buffalo wings but there is no sauce. The buffalo "flavoring", since you're so picky about it, is in the breading. I mean, shit like this exists.

2. Mayo is almost always used as a base in sauces/spreads. It is amazing by itself on ceviche, though!
