As @Slug has to take a week off there will be no official Mock Gambling thread this week. But don't be afraid to participate in this mock mock gambling thread for one week only! The points don't count for the official thread but they will make you feel good if you get them right anyway.

 

Everyone has the same amount of money this week, $50,000. Put it all on the line for a chance at glory!

 

 

WEEK 15 MOCK MOCK GAMBLING - SPREAD AND QUESTIONS

Week 15 Feature Game
New York Jets (+17.5) at Los Angeles Rams
(Remember you are betting against the spread)

 

QUESTIONS

1. What will be the first scoring play of the Feature Game? Rams TD, Rams FG, Rams safety, Jets TD, Jets FG, Jets safety, or other? ($5,000 for the correct call)
    
2. Which team in the Feature Game will commit the most turnovers? ($2,500 if you get this right)
    
3. Will there be a team that has a pass attempt by more than one player? ($69 if you call it)
    
4. Pittsburgh @ Cincinnati - Will a player on either team get 50 yards rushing? ($5,000 for those who pick the right answer)
    
5. Call the winners:
   Seattle at Washington
   Tampa Bay at Atlanta
   New England at Miami
   ($10,000 for EACH correct named game winner, $25,000 bonus if you call all 3 correctly)
    
6. Name two teams who's points scored combine for less than 30 points ($30,000 who call both inept teams)
    
7. Guess the number of home teams that win this week ($75,000 for those who smell the right number)
    
8. Name the player who will rush for the most yards AND the player that will have the most receiving yards in week fifteen. ($50,000 for each player named correctly, $500,000 bonus if both names are called)

Week 15 Feature Game
New York Jets (+17.5) at Los Angeles Rams
The Jets carpet bomb the Rams in a huge upset 23 - 20. Jets pickers win big!

 

QUESTIONS

1. What will be the first scoring play of the Feature Game? Rams TD, Rams FG, Rams safety, Jets TD, Jets FG, Jets safety, or other? ($5,000 for the correct call)
   Ty Johnson catches a pass from Darnold for the first scoring play. Jets TD pickers get the money.
    
2. Which team in the Feature Game will commit the most turnovers? ($2,500 if you get this right)
   Only 1 turnover here and thrown by Goff. If you Chose Rams you win!
    
3. Will there be a team that has a pass attempt by more than one player? ($69 if you call it)
   EZ question as this happened on the first game of the week (Raiders) but Cowboys, 49ers, LIons, Colts, Ravens, Cardinals and Giants all had at least 1 pass attempt by more than one player. If you said yes you got 69'd!
    
4. Pittsburgh @ Cincinnati - Will a player on either team get 50 yards rushing? ($5,000 for those who pick the right answer)
   In some sort of miracle a player on each team (Benny Snell Jr. and Giovani Bernard) both got over 50 yards rushing. In fact they almost had identical rushing yards (84 & 83) - Yes pickers win the cash.
    
5. Call the winners:
   Seattle at Washington
   Tampa Bay at Atlanta
   New England at Miami
   ($10,000 for EACH correct named game winner, $25,000 bonus if you call all 3 correctly)
   @Slug picked one game correctly while @Keyser_Soze picked all 3 games taking the bonus!

   No one got this question right but if you picked the Giants as one it would have helped you out.
    
7. Guess the number of home teams that win this week ($75,000 for those who smell the right number)
   Eight Home Teams won, @Keyser_Soze was the only one who called the correct number
    
8. Name the player who will rush for the most yards AND the player that will have the most receiving yards in week fifteen. ($50,000 for each player named correctly, $500,000 bonus if both names are called)
   To no one's surprise Derrick Henry had the most yards on the ground (147). DeAndre Hopkins snagged 169 yards. Only one person called Henry, no one called  Hopkins, no one gets the bonus
