President Donald Trump said he plans to impose a 20 percent tariff on all cars imported from the European Union unless the trade bloc “soon” removes import duties and other barriers to U.S. goods, escalating global trade tensions.

If he wants American cars to do well in Europe so badly he should tell American car manufacturers to stop making shitty cars.

So he's going to put tariffs on cars built in Europe and in Canada? That's a huge chunk of cars entering the US. Have fun with sticker prices going up by 25% on consumer cars. People might brush it off when ketchup goes up by $.37, but not when a car goes up by $5,000 or $10,000.
