Commissar SFLUFAN
This Federalist Society judge is absolutely tearing in to the plaintiff in Georgia:

Commissar SFLUFAN
This was the plaintiff in the case: Quote The celebrity attorney making the breathtaking request was L. Lin Wood, Jr., who also represented former U.S. Congressman Gary Condit and the alleged victim in the Kobe Bryant case. Wood has also represented Nicholas Sandmann and JonBenét Ramsey’s family. Wood currently represents Kyle Rittenhouse and Marjorie Taylor Greene.
Commissar SFLUFAN
From a larger perspective, this judge effectively dismantled the arguments in every single case that the Imbecile's campaign has filed. This can essentially be used as precedent for the remaining cases. 2

So even if for some stupid reason Trump tried to take this all the way up to the SCOTUS, there's a good chance they'd rule against him? The fact that Trump keeps losing these cases also gives them less pretext to get involved, since they usually prefer for there to be disagreement in the lower courts before taking cases. Because of their special status, even protected custody would be out of the question, so spending half of your sentence the hole for tax fraud or whatever sounds like a fair compromise

More likely, he'd have to serve his sentence under home arrest.
