Remarkableriots 1,682
It feels like my entire body has chronic pains like my back, hips, knees and feet. Sometimes I feel like I'm 70 instead of almost 40. I feel like a car wreck.

Dodger 2,084
Fortunately no even though I’m fat. I guess now it’s a good thing I’ve never played sports.
TheLeon 4,032
I've had a minor lingering lower back pain for most of my adult life. In the last few months I've developed some real neck pain, now that I spend a lot of time at work looking down at a clipboard.

SimpleG 1,505
I had some major back problems but rows/deadlifts took care of most it.

gamer.tv 1,277
My left hip has consistently been tight and I usually need to stretch it and foam roll to keep my mobility. I think it stems from having a shorter left foot than right foot (about a shoe size and a half difference) and some pigeon-toed-ness that causes it.
BlueAngel 410
I have upper back pain, some weeks I am good but others the slightest wrong movement I am in pain for days. Years of manual labor, I also have a bad left knee, though that's due to falling on a piece of glass as a kid, it's never been right since I can be walking and it will randomly go out, it sucks. Dodger 2,084
I’m gonna have a helluva headache tomorrow. Don’t get drunk when you are old, takes like 3 days to recover.
Alpha1Cowboy 377
Last year from sitting so much at work home my knee buckled completely after running 6 miles. The muscles surrounding it had become so weak they couldn't support it properly. Got a rowing machine and everything improved vastly. I do that now along with back stretching and foam rolling and light weights. Working to add more yoga Oh and Herman Miller Aeron Chair Seems to be working in bringing sedentary weight down and reducing pains

Throw a big pile in the microwave and that stuff soaks up alcohol like a champ.....and tastes great. Follow up with some excedrin and big glass of water and yoi'll barely notice. Bloodporne 1,916
The most consistently irritating thing would be TMJ from a broken jaw. @Remarkableriots do you have a workout routine? I don't know the details but a sedentary lifestyle can often lead to that kind of 'all-over, everything' type of aching.
Chris- 2,210
Yes, I have neuropathy in my feet (primarily my left foot) due to spina bifida and tethered cord syndrome.
silentbob 665
Pretty consistent aches in my wrist from surgery a couple years back. Pretty sure I have arthritis because it acts up when it gets rainy or foggy outside. Broke my foot/ankle about 20 years ago and still get swelling/aches in my foot and ankle. Then a few years back I partially tore my achilles on the same foot and have a terrible varicose vein that bulges on the same leg from mid calf up to the top of my thigh. Which leads to tightness every now and then behind the knee (good vein bulge there) That is why I grow and use marijuana, and for watching the occasional movie
