  4. So I was playing Story of Seasons on my PC, and my daughter kept telling me she wanted to play it. I head on over to the store on her Switch and notice she can just... download and play the game for a week? And it's not a demo, but a trial? Since when? Excuse her disgusting screen, I didn't feel like extracting a screenshot from it via Nintendo's arcane methods, and I ain't cleaning whatever's on there, don't want to catch some horrible disease. Anyway, when was this added? This is actually an awesome idea. Obviously it's not for every game, looks like they're using this combined with a sale to boost copies sold, which to me is genius. Of course we've seen this for years on Steam, but from Nintendo this is like them going from 1845 internet to 2012 internet, quite a monumental step and one I appreciate.
  5. If you've wanted a new Burnout game this appears to be it. It's like burnout with tricks. Also only $39.99!

  8. Microgame mayhem comes to the Nintendo Switch™ system Take on over 200 quick and quirky microgames—lightning-fast minigames filled with frantic fun—solo or with a friend! When his latest harebrained business scheme goes awry, Wario must use his signature style (and smell) to fix it. How? By playing a twisted collection microgames of course! From assembling a robot to pulling out a statue’s armpit hair, the WarioWare™: Get It Together! game is a comedic, cooperative microgame mashup. Find a friendly frenzy with a mountain of microgames Help out infamous game designer, Wario, after he gets sucked into his latest creation in Story Mode. Go it alone or with a friend in 2-player cooperative play—a first for the series! You can either play on the same system or via local wireless. Play as Wario and his colorful crew For the first time, YOU control Wario and friends inside their own chaotic games. Use their distinctly absurd abilities to take on a rush of microgames. Tip a turtle with the help of Wario’s dash or choose Ashley and hurl a spell at it. In WarioWare: Get It Together!, mix and match characters and microgames for maximum fun

  10. Project+ is mod that fixes bugs and allows for character balancing. This was a in person event and required the use of disks to play so it was pretty legit. Nintendo is doing themselves no favors here.
  11. I'd like to play the No More Heroes games, and I'm curious to know about the controls from anyone who's played them. Is the Switch version of these games definitive, or are the controls more accurate/better on Wii? From my understanding, they look better and are locked at 60fps on Switch, but if the motion controls haven't been effectively recreated then I might opt to play the Wii versions.

  13. How is Nintendo successful when they're consistently behind the times, from not using CDs to having bad online?
