About Me

  1. I have that massive Zelda urge but I don’t actually have any games available to me that I haven’t played to death. I have access to a Switch, PS4 (and in fairness a Wii U and PS3) and want something with a decent story, overworld, dungeons and an array of items. Full disclosure - I haven’t played Darksiders or Omani HD and would love to hear impressions on them in relation t mo what I’m looking for - but yeah, any suggestions would be great. Oh and I don’t mind if it’s a more modern interpretation of Zelda or a Link to the Past style adventure.
  2. Looks like there is still quite a lot of remastering to do.
  3. OH THANK ALL THE GODS THAT'S OVER! Alright, now that we've emerged from "The Year That Shall Never Be Mentioned Again" a little worse for wear, let's start the new list of our gaming conquests for 2021! As per usual, games don't have to be actually released in 2021 to be discussed/reviewed/critiqued, etc. in this thread. Heck, if you wanted to devote the entirety to 2021 to making a significant dent in your Steam backlog, then this is the thread for you!
  4. Pretty nice looking game from the same guys who remade Panzer Dragoon
  5. It was ok. The ending was by far the most exciting/interesting to happen since the opening so that isn’t great. And then the ending was also kinda of exciting just because it reminded you of something it’s not which isn’t great either. I want a Bioshock 4 back in rapture.
  6. Back 4 Blood WWW.BACK4BLOOD.COM Back 4 Blood is a thrilling cooperative first-person shooter from the creators of the critically acclaimed Left 4 Dead franchise. You are at the center of a war against the Ridden. These once-human hosts of a deadly parasite have turned into terrifying creatures bent on devouring what remains of civilization. With humanity’s extinction on the line, it’s up to you and your friends to take the fight to the enemy, eradicate the Ridden, and reclaim the world.
  7. I really do think that the series could benefit tremendously by returning to its more limited-scale roots: Assassin's Creed is bloated, unfocused and needs to shed some systems | PC Gamer WWW.PCGAMER.COM Ubisoft should invest in some shears.
  8. Looks great! Partnership between Dotemu (Streets of Rage 4, Monster Boy) and Tribute Games (Flinthook, Panzer Paladin)
  9. There's a new set coming, so I thought that the 4 of us who actually play this game could use a new thread to chat about it. :P The Boomsday Project will launch next Tuesday, August 7th. 135 New Cards Each class gets a new Legendary minion and a Legendary spell. New Keyword: Magnetic. Mechs are back! And now you can stick some of them onto others. A new theme without a keyword: Omega cards, which have an extra powerful effect that occurs if you have 10 mana crystals. Here's a handy Imgur album of the revealed cards (via Reddit) There are some doozies in t

  11. This can be the new "what are you playing this weekend" thread. Lately, I've been completely absorbed in Persona 5. It's amazing. I played 10 hours when it first released, quit for over a year, now I'm back at it, hardcore. Just completed the 4th palace last night. I absolutely adore the mix of traditional turn-based RPG play and social simulation. I'm over 40 hours in and still have a looong way to go, but I'm enjoying the ride quite a bit.
