  1. Whatever they switch (heh) it up with won’t be interesting. But I’m curious to whatever it is they will do. Maybe bring back the Tingle Tuner? That’s the kind of hot content gamers are craving....!
  2. Hm. It'll be interesting to see what changes they make with Wind Waker and Twilight Princess. Some of the stuff that was added to the Wii U versions wouldn't make sense to have in the Switch versions. Mostly the stuff that centered around Miiverse. Obviously using the Gamepad for items/weapons would be out as well.
  3. I put a couple hours into the Switch version, and wow this takes me back. This is such a "complete package" when it comes to content. (and without the need for DLC!) It's so good. I forgot how freakin' cheap Geese is, though.
  4. To me, this collection is absolute trash since it doesn't contain Dragon Sword. I don't care how impossible it would have been to port that game into this collection on modern hardware, it was the most fun game out of the 3D Ninja Gaiden series.
  5. I just tried that one! It’s pretty fun, I dig it. Can’t think of any other game that plays quite like it. Pretty unique!
  6. Updated the OP with a link to the YouTube stream, for y'all's convenience!
  7. Alright, so Doomsday Warrior is pretty much trash. Prehistorik Man is actually pretty decent! Haven't tried the other two yet.
  8. I have never played any of these. Does anyone know anything about them? I’ve heard Fire ‘n Ice is something of a hidden gem but can’t say for sure. I should also note that SNK vs. Capcom: Match of the Millennium is also out today on the eShop. It’s the best fighting game ever, so download it, people!
  9. That was just Sakurai doing his thing, haha. Wasn't an actual direct! ...but I'll sit and listen to Sakurai for 50 minutes, so I'm good either way.
  10. Agreed. That's one of my top 3 favorite games in the series. Not sure why anyone would want to "X out" on it?
  11. Nintendo Direct To Air Tomorrow, Wednesday 17th February WWW.NINTENDOLIFE.COM And it's 50 minutes long! - Nintendo has revealed that a brand new Nintendo Direct will air tomorrow, and this time it's a... Almost an hour long! Hopefully get some news about Smash DLC. Maybe new amiibo? And some Prime 4 info, damn it! LOL Link to the YouTube Stream:
  12. Resident Evil 4 was an instant classic and pretty much no other game in the series has topped it. So that’s fair. Revelations got close though, IMO. But whatever. To each their own. I’m looking forward to this next entry in the series, and hoping Capcom does justice to it.
  13. Well, 5 and 6 were the only relevant games to compare it to at the time. It’s a good thing 7 and the recent remakes are as good or better than Revelations since they all came out YEARS afterwards.
  14. Bring on more Revelations games, I say! Those games were more “Resident Evil” than the actual, numerical Resident Evil games that came out. The original Revelations stomped the snot out of 5 and 6 combined. Those games were garbage, bargain-bin versions of what a true Resident Evil game is. So this is great news for all fans of the franchise. Weird that it’s a Switch exclusive (at least initially). But whatevs, I guess.
  15. Interesting insight on your moral codes and perspective. Thanks for sharing! I can understand where you are coming from. I guess I don’t take these games that seriously. I don’t know if that makes me a monster or just incredibly apathetic.
  16. Hm. Well I just got new ones in November and haven’t had an issue with them. Guess I’ll keep an eye on them just in case. Yeah I’ve sent mine in 4 or 5 times so far too. Easily the worst quality control Nintendo’s had, ever. Yeah Steam is a little easier to update and keep modern since it’s kinda nebulous and isn’t tied to any specific hardware. Nintendo’s online account is fragmented from each hardware iteration, true. You get a new Friend Code with each new piece of hardware. But each account has a record and history with Club Nintendo (now my.nintendo). You can also gift games and other things via their website to friends and family. Messaging and voice chat are, as I’ve said before, Nintendo’s biggest weak spot. Would be nice if they fixed that, even if it wouldn’t matter to me personally.
