  1. So every October I try to watch 31 Horror/Halloween movies in 31 days. Figured this year it would be fun to actually post some thoughts about them as well October 1 - Werewolves Within - 8/10 Started out light. Whodunnits are probably my favorite genre of movie so this was right up my alley. I had no idea the ATT girl was in it and I thought she was fantastic! She should really be in more main line stuff. October 2 - Prisoners of the Ghostland - 3/10 I enjoy me some weird ass Nicholas Cage movies. But this one…wasn’t it. Confusing, weird for the sake of weird, dumb. It would have been 1/10 but Bill Moseley was fantastic so bonus 2 points. October 3 - Vivarium - 8/10 Now this was the good kind of weird. I love these kind of isolated horror movies where people wind up in a weird place and can’t get out. Kinda like Cube. They all have this really odd vibe to them that I dig. Great performances. Good, if not predictable, twist. Had never heard of it before scrolling through Primes horror section and was a really pleasant surprise!
  2. I dunno it doesn’t feel rushed to me. I kinda line them wrapping up all the season storylines in one season. Gotta assume the foil for Season 3 will be Nate getting offered a head coaching position for Rebecca’s ex husbands inevitable new team
  3. I would be fine if this show takes a really dark twist and Nate is tortured and murdered in the final episode. Also is it just me or has Nate gotten exceedingly Grey since the first season?
  4. Try Frogger on Peacock, it’s basically Lava Floor with a different skin
  5. To be fair, IMHO, no other horror movie in existence comes close to touching the first Halloween. It’s flawless.
  6. Same. I always fully close the game and shut the system off when I’m done. Games load so fast now I don’t mind rebooting every time
  7. Lol again, all I did was proclaim the argument to be ultra nerdy and off topic for the thread. If that’s something you feel is worth taking offense over, that seems like you issue. Have a blessed day 😁
  8. Ahh the the nerds getting defensive. No one was complaining, simply inquiring. Carry on 👍🏻
  9. I could listen to chapter 3 and the beginning of 4 over and over in repeat. They 1000% delivered on my hopes for them once the casting was announced.
  10. Is this thread back to being about Dune yet? Or is the single nerdiest argument of all time still raging?
  11. I would argue that E!, Bravo, MTV started it. They would throw on marathons of their reality shows all the time. Unless the Sopranos predates them doing that in which case just ignore this entire post.
  12. Yeah I don’t get not wanting it to be about Joel and Ellie. The world of TLoU is generic as fuck. The STORY and the CHARACTERS of that first game is what makes it stand out as an all time great. Those are what’s worth adapting.
  13. What are you thinking of? I don’t remember to much standing out as being a product of it’s time/unacceptable by today’s standards
  14. It’s a little surprising since Netflix is pretty notorious for not renewing series till after the most recent series has aired
  15. Same. I mean you could do a show where a Witcher is defeating cool monsters from a fairy tell setting each week and be on par with He Man Revelations. That would be kid friendly and certainly wouldn’t suck.
