  1. It sucks because I love to just hunker into a Bethesda game but this to me if I was to pinpoint feels like a stop gap game to buy some time before elder scrolls 6. It doesn't have the Bethesda charm or touch, like a completely watered down fallout in space. I personally find Outer Worlds to be the better space adventure, by a large margin tbh... Love Outer worlds
  2. Yea you'd Def know his style more than me for sure, I hear ya. I was just basing off my experience is all really. 👍
  3. If we're taking in the last few months, BG3, AW2, Tlou2, price of persia, robocop, AC6, assassin's creed, next up probably granblue.. Probably forgetting some. Oh lies of p, amazing game. Seeing BG3 win goty was a treat in itself.
  4. I dunno I guess I just didn't find it that hard, if souls is 100% I'd put remnant 2 at about 60% of a souls game difficulty. But I agree there's no reason to force it however some of my favorite genres came about by going out of my comfort zone. Like when demons souls first dropped, at first I was not instantly a fan... But it finally landed for me and souls games have become my favorite type of game easily. But yea I mean I think you're gonna always get different opinions on difficulty.
  5. Wish I cared even remotely about any of these characters, same with Gotham knights... Two games with chars I just got nothing for else id happily try it, maybe in a dirt cheap sale. Rocksteady needs to remaster the batman games like yesterday
  6. Yea I'll give starfield it's combat, guns felt decent. But man the rest of that game is a slog.
  7. I bought my 4090 for starfield and what a garbage game. Absolutely terrible and I love Bethesda games jank included but I was so underwhelmed with that game I still can't quite believe it
  8. Yea handler was how I started as well, awesome class... Came in clutch many times. The world that they created and how it changes so often is really unique and incredible, as I said wasn't on my radar but man turned out to be one of the best games last year amongst so many others
  9. I had watched only like the first 2 movies, but the attention to detail in this game is second to none. Found it really charming overall.
  10. It's not bad tho, honestly... As someone who plays the hell out of Souls games and finished them all, I find remnant 2 to be alot easier in general but that's just me. Amazing game tho.
  11. There are some really challenging platform puzzles the game offers tho, I was kinda surprised on a few. But I think overall it was a perfect style of game to utilize PoP ultimately even tho PoP 08 was also stellar.
  12. One of the biggest surprises last year to drop, game is phenomenal, got some trophy cleanup to do
  13. Not really a HP fan at all but couldn't resist buying this, about halfway thru but got sidetracked... Planning to get back soon for the plat but everything is top notch in this game, combat, spells, exploration.
  14. Yea I thought she was fine in the original, no reason to change her at all. The series tho while good I do feel is a little overrated, I like them but Id be content if the series's was done.
  15. Everything is better than Starfield I'd say, fallout 4 was definitely solid.
  16. Ha yea, I'm so disconnected I wouldn't even know if there was a game giveaway. Just passin thru a bit. 👍
  17. Good to see ya Phase. And yea I don't really post much, I actually play more these days when before I used to post more. I was also just glued to destiny 2, probably 6k hours in it over the years so it really had a grip. And nice man yea the ps5 pro will be a nice release, Def a great time to snag one I'm sure. What have you been playing?
  18. Yea just drags on, even in AW2 I as well got impatient...its sort of the issue I'm having with ff7 a bit, the combat is really fun but you get 2 or 3 fights then just nonstop cutscenes etc... Coming from hammering out ER and Bloodborne that's nonstop action is also why I feel the slow down a bit more than normal When the combat opens up in Tlou2 tho it's great but just wish it was more gamey than movie. I'll get it played tho, tlou was a good ride
  19. Yea, it's definitely in same ballpark. Tlou2 just feels super cinematic, there's times I just put the controller down and I'm like ok already let's get going, and forced walking parts etc... Didn't feel that as much in AW2 but eh, Is what it is.. I ultimately want to get the plat for it.
  20. Yea... Hard to explain tho, it may be the overall feel of tlou2.. It's fairly depressing, and alan wake being more twin peakish grabs me more. I feel like I'm watching more in tlou2 than playing.
  21. I enjoyed tlou when it dropped but was lttp with 2, and I think it's one gorgeous game but I'd be lying if I didn't say I just don't think movie games are that fun anymore... Just way to cinematic for me, bought this and doubt ill fully play it. Absolutely stunning for being a ps4 game and how they polished it for ps5.
  22. I personally wish they'd evolve the seasonal character model, I did it plenty in past games but Im sorta at a point where I am tiring of making chars that go to the eternal realm with no incentive at all to be played once the season is over. I wish theyd dig into creative ways to let our past characters take part in a new season.
