  1. I love all those gameboy killers and DS/3DS killers.
  2. The fact the resolution is so high that the pixels emulate subpizels is so cool.
  3. That screen is what really has me interested. I'm real tempted in picking one up.
  4. Sega is releasing a rate mode Astro mini . Sega's Astro City Mini Is Getting A 'TATE' Version Packed With Shmup Goodness WWW.NINTENDOLIFE.COM Batsugun! Battle Bakraid! Armed Police Batrider! - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=c_8InjN5uCs Sega's Astro City Mini is g...
  5. I checked it out on my lunch break. It is a great way to show off the console to non gamers I think. and Gamers it is very impressive.
  6. I'm in the middle of the live action series. I a big fan of the original. I am so far really missing Ed. I also noticed that live action less than half the number of episodes as the anime but about twice as long. I'm curious if this is going to be dragged out into a 2nd season.
  7. Easy choice for Sony. That studio has been solid. Now have them remake Metal Gear Solid and Silent Hill.
  8. Nintendo is a small Japanese company that has focused on making money. They play somethings safe and also roll the dice. They have real high highs and some very real lows and either one success (ex gameboy, Wii) covered them on loses (virtual boy, WiiU) at the time. Also they mostly make good games and they have name recognition. They make Mario Games and some others.
  9. Read a guide watch a walk through until you find where you are. The spinning jumping technique to climb really high I suck at and that is my biggest complaint to a near perfect game. No shame in looking up this old stuff since when it was released there was such help in Nintendo Power and guides and friends at school. This is what I mean I hate.
  10. 35 years in the making sounds like they are going for the Duke Nukem Forever timeline. Yeah, 35 years in the making for me is a more unappealing statement. Also makes me wonder if they will wait as long to make a sequel to this.
  11. I hate rogue likes. I don't like the feeling that all my progress is mostly squashed if and when I die. I don't mind that if I die I go back to my last save. That is on me and I will learn by saving often. Auto saves are a nice modern option. I also don't like I would have to finish a game in one sitting or start over. 10 million sold. Nice I wonder how many they could have sold if you could just walk into a store or load up a site and buy it whenever you want.
  12. I haven't been sharing and at this point not sure what to add. These past few years I have been mostly picking up PS4 games. Many of them are retro games re-releases on PS4 or a sequel to a retro game franchise. I know Limited Run games has ben getting a bunch of my money and Play-asia importing games as well. We have seen generation after generation at the end of a console get a bunch of smaller releases that become hard to track down later. I know I'm guilty of moving on to the next console asap and often missing out on these. So I have been trying to shore up my PS4 games and with some many of these smaller releases coming out I have been busy. I'm a sucker for a SHUMP.
  13. The last 2 SD3 games I picked up for it was Wario Ware Gold and Metroid Returns. I don't have many games for it in total but I wanted to grab those before it was over.I also have the Zelda and Mario games.
  14. PCEWorks has been making repro cds for TurboGrafx16/PC-Engine for a while. Edit: My biggest concern is for my PC Engine DuoR that is modded . I know the inside mod is horrible and I haven't spent anytime playing it in over a year until I get it sent out to have the mod work cleaned up. I really need to get that taken care of.
  15. I have the original. I have a reprint and a translated reprint. I think I might skip this one but it is still tough.
  16. It was a 32 bit handheld that had ports of SNES games but was missing 2 face buttons. Why the GBA didn't have the same button amount and layout as a 1991 SNES I have no idea. I think just to frustrate fans. I bought mine at launch because my roommate dragged me to get one and I saw a Castlevania launch game so I bought one as well. That was my first Gameboy.
  17. OK, I have been wanting more screen rotation in these. I might bite. It looks nice.
  18. If they kickstart it I want my cat in the sequel.
