Considering the game apparently only has one year to go before launch, I don't think his departure will affect much, for better or worse. At least on the single player side of things. Multiplayer could still be changed up, but that was never Halo's problem. Oh, and I'm totally expecting Halo Infinite to be a GaaS like Destiny or the Division.

Yeah, I think the game got more attention because it was a Spec Ops game that didn't suck. I remember playing through that game and being very frustrated in parts. If anything the story was good enough to warrant pushing through said mediocre gameplay.

I never played MeiEvil on the PS1. Looking forward to playing a fun, simple action game.

My favorite fighting game is still Blades of Steel.

I never owned a SEGA or a Genesis when I was younger. I just bought the Genesis collection on the Switch, and man, I didn't miss much lol.

Finally completed Ass Creed Odyssey's main story. Now i just need to clean up the remaining cultists and kill that bitch Medusa and I can finally put this one to rest.

Nothing about Bubble Bobble was a cult classic. It was fucking Bubble Bobble. Everyone knew what it was. Everyone played it for ten minutes, didn't know what the fuck they were doing, then went back to playing good games.

I think the worst part is that the tone of the game never changes. It's always this edgy, super-serious game that always tries too hard to be cool. What I would REALLY like a NFS game to do is pull the stick out of its ass.

I just... I don't even.... I don't even know exactly what I want from a NFS game anymore. But I do know it's not this. I'm so tired of the cringy characters. "Oh look the side of her head is shaved and she has an accent. She must be the best street racer in the city." And this time it takes place in Palm City (Miami) so we'll for sure be treated to the token Cuban/Puerto Rican car mechanic!

They're being real quiet on the pricing though... it's not even in the 'coming soon' section on the eShop. I really hope this one doesn't get bitten by the Nintendo tax. I would pay $40 for this.. maaaaybe $50. So i'm thinking it'll probably be a solid 60 bones.

I understood the quote as being that they created a lot of optional content that most people might miss because they either won't explore some areas or they'll beeline it through the story.

I do have a feeling that Skies of Arcadia wouldn't age well. The game was great though and i would love a proper sequel.

The combat is fun. The lore and story are complete nonsense and the economy system makes no sense to me whatsoever. If they wouldve kept it simple like vanilla WoW but kept the combat it wouldve been much more enjoyable for me.

I recently decided to crack down and play Ass Creed Odyssey almost exclusively until I beat it. I've been playing the game off and on for a while, but as of a few weeks ago I had still only put 25 hours into it and my character was barely into the twenties. So I said you know what? I'm finally gonna give this game the time it needs. I'm currently lvl 40 with about 62 hours put into it and holy fuck it's killing me. I'm loving the game, but I'm definitely gonna need to take some time off after this, and when I come back maybe just play some Luigi's Mansion or something.

Probably for the better. It was a pretty short game. I could fly through the entire thing in 20-30 minutes back in the day.

I've been tempted to buy it through various digital sales over the years, the 360 version is BC on XBO so for less than $4 I figured what the hell. I owned the original game on NES and it was one of the ones I could practically speedrun (if speedrunning would've been a thing back then). Tred this one and I couldn't get past the first stage with the Beagle Boy throwing that fuckin' statue head at me. I don't even remember that stage. Did they add stuff?

I was gonna say, you have no idea how many times I've wanted a milkshake, then saw that damn calorie count and was like, "well... nevermind."

You think that's bad... skim the lower parts of Twitch/Mixer and look at some of the stupid hats and outfits people wear to get attention. I get it, they have to be "eye-catching" but some of it is pretty sad.

I hope it's just another cutscene. Being acted out live on stage. With Kojima playing all the parts. Using pantomime.

While more options are always great... who asked for this? People play Vermintide specifically because it's coop.
