No idea. Faithless electors are very rare. One of the reasons why there were so many in the last election is because both candidates were viewed pretty negatively, even by the electors that were supposed to vote for them.

Even if all of Trump's legal challenges are denied/fail, and Biden makes it to 270 EVs, Biden is not guaranteed to win the EC in December. A single faithless elector on Biden's side would cause a no-winner scenario.
