As a lot of the people in this board can attest I had issues with abusing alcohol in my 20s so I understand that struggle. Best wishes to your brother and your family. That is a difficult vice to conquer.

How you begin is not how you end. I'll just say I was you at 34, pushing down feelings and ignoring them. As I approached my 40s I knew I couldn't do another decade of my life as a man. You don't need magic to be a woman.

Also rejecting that you're trans because "everyone wishes they were a girl, right?"

Oh yeah also since I guess this is the PCCB trans thread in case anyone wasn't aware I am trans too I've mentioned it in the boards when I've been asked about it but the PCCB definitely deserves to know. Shader and I went on separate journeys, neither of us even knew the other was dealing with this internally until after we had both made the plunge. Always knew we were connected and now I know why 💜 Now the next PCCB person can come out as trans
