But for example I've seen on a lot of YouTube videos that charging on Electrify America (one of the largest providers) can be $0.45 or more per kWh, so with e.g. a 77.4 kWh Ioniq 5 battery, that'd be just under $35 for a charge. By contrast, at work we have slow level 2 chargers (I think they're 6 kWh shared between two plugs) but you're only charged $0.10 per kWh, so that same Ioniq 5 suddenly costs more like $7.50 to charge.

I've got free 10 kWh chargers at work and a free 6 kWh charger 2 miles from my house. I'll use the one near my house Sunday morning when I go running. I've used like $11 of electricity at home this month, and I suspect May - October should be very little to none.

If I wasn't reasonably sure that I'm going to buy a 2025 model Ioniq 5 (coming later this year) I probably would have bitten on that offer.  That's a great way to dip your toes into the EV world, and it still includes two years of free charging. So you're paying $240 + insurance to drive a brand new EV. Amazing deal.

The free Level 3 charging they are giving away (not just them) is kinda insane. It's leading to people using Level 3 as their every day charger, creating demand and lines that shouldn't exist.

Dunkin makes good donuts. They were a staple at my office breakfast almost every day and they are bangin.

Pretty sure they don't make the donuts at the location anymore. There is a donut place at the corner and when I run past at 5 am you can smell the delicious being made.

I wonder how many companies made a quick million(s) on something that people will only use for 4 minutes and then be placed in a junk drawer forever.

I get to use mine twice. The junk drawer paid off.

They’re claiming it’s the “same as Trump” because Stewart was paying taxes on the assessed value while living there, and not the market value someone paid for it years later… their argument makes total sense unless you take 1 second to think about it :p

I mean I guess if you just pay lot rent at the doublewide park you might not understand the basics of how property tax works....

There's this new thing that's going around where everyone is dunking on Jon Stewart because he sold a condo for more than the state said it was worth and the dumb stupid idiot moron dipshit loser squad are all tugging each others semi hard micro penises in a collaborative celebratory online dunking party saying he did the exact same thing Trump did. #arrestjonstewart is trending... and all of it just total nonsense and you have to think that many of them know that but they do not care. They don't give a shit that it doesn't hold up to even a second of critical thought, fact checking or scrutiny... none of that matters... it's all about getting the win right now in the moment... and when it's debunked they just drop it and move on, or just double down on the idiocy and ignore facts... either way, they don't care. Nothing matters. Facts and logic don't matter. It's just a ever ending slurry tube of pure nonsense and vibes from these brain dead insufferable losers.

So a property sold above the appraised value....and?
