Someone was streaming it in the Artifact category on Twitch and it was very popular so they figure people want to pay to see it.

While many find that RE3RE is disappointing I think it was just true to what Resident Evil 3 was and it was never as good as RE2.

I think this RE4 remake has the potential to be the worst remake just because RE4 is so different not only in tone but gameplay that if you put the RE2 coat of paint over it, the game will be a lesser version of RE4, a game that is still being brought out to this day and is perfectly playable.
