of course I do. Most people do. It’s important. Especially when you work two jobs and have a serious mental health condition.

My dad gave me a little bit of money. How nice of him. He never does that. I’m able to take this weekend off from my second job and relax now. I even got sonic for breakfast yesterday. This is a nice little break. And I’m having a bit of a ptsd flare up so it’s good timing to just be able to take care of myself and not also be stressed out about money.

Guys, this is the complaining about being poor thread. With that being said, money doesn’t buy you happiness. Not being able to afford your basic needs is a huge stress and negative on your mental health but having all those needs met won’t suddenly make you happy and make your life perfect. It can greatly help achieve that, yes. But plenty of poor people are happy and have good mental health. Plenty of rich people are miserable and kill themselves. It’s not that black and white. Everyone at the very least should have at least their basic needs met though and a fair playing ground.

Eh disagree. They obviously tie into eachother but it’s not that absolute.

Trust me I’m not comparing happiness lol. Just financial security. Two different things.
