  1. Wow you really do barely feel the needle. It's so thin. Must be thinner than the ones they use for veins. Got that sweet sweet Pfizer swimming through me now. Half way to immunity!

  2. I know Trump sucked up all the oxygen the past 4 years and that caused some people to look back at W. fondly, but seriously fuck the Bush family. Corrupt assholes through and through. They are one of the most patrician families America has but cosplay as "gee shucks" cowboys.

  3. I had a GREAT run last night and beat the level 3 boss on my... fourth attempt? I think? It was my third or 4th time fighting him I think. I was pretty well kitted out... had 4 health packs, an astronaut, the parasite that gives you an extra life AND the parasite that heals you at low health and it was STILL a nailbiter of a fight. I'll upload it later but that boss fight isn't really that tough. The last stage of it is the trickiest part. I just started biome 4 last night but this game has really become one of my favoritesin recent times from the simple pick up and play gameplay, the old scho

  7. Why can't these fucking hobgoblins point to anything in these emails that is actually damning? this is fucking pathetic, this latest pushback against Fauci. They are so fucking desperate to score any kind of win in this fucking disaster that they desperately cling to anything. Anything to deflect from Trump. They're really great at writing vague terrible sounding headlines on top of articles that say absolutely nothing at all because they know they have their core audience so brainwashed and foaming at the mouth that they will literally just scarf down whatever sloppy t

  11. Some totally random ones that come to mind. There are many if I really sat down and thought about it though. There are many, many more though. Until the PS4/XB1 generation there just felt like so many different studios making lots of weird ass games. Indies exist today, but it's not the same. The diversity of content was insane.

  14. I will switch it up with picking a forgotten developer and will go with Starbreeze. The Chronicles of Riddick: Escape from Butcher Bay is a top tier movie IP game. Starbreeze followed up that hit with The Darkness, another fun game. Followed that up with The Chronicles of Riddick: Assault on Dark Athena, a fun but not as good sequel. Then Starbreeze made a deal with the devil (EA) and Syndicate flopped and the Bourne game got cancelled. Top talent left during that period. Did you know some of that top talent who left started Machine Gun Games? Anyway languished after that and it’s barely a co

  15. I'm seriously thrilled how much you guys are enjoying it. A couple of posters who used to post here knew about Housemarque and played their arcade games, but I've felt like I was the last one here for ages. Glad they have the relationship with Sony that they do because not every small dev with arcade sensibilities gets to have the backing of a major publisher going back to Super Stardust.

  17. Probably the worst part of the first game was that you couldn't climb everywhere (even though it looked like and you probably could and should have) so I would say that is an improvement.

  22. anyone else still remembering when they mocked MS for not going full next gen and leaving the Xbone and Xbone X owners behind? so when do we ruthless mock the PS5 for not enough big exclusives in 2021? lol

  23. I imagine there are some bells and whistles that might not exist on a PS5 game because it's cross gen, but I've long waited for a concrete example of an exciting gameplay mechanic that was killed off because of a cross gen or even multi-platform release. I also think it's really hard to tell the difference between the time period that devs are learning how to get the most out of a console generation and a game somehow held back by being cross gen. Even if you're only working on the PS5, if you release a game in the first year the platform exists, it's not going to look as good as t

  24. Played a little last night, looks and plays good! Idk if it was just the timing but I tried like 5 minutes waiting for a match then gave up though. Wish there was also a sp quest/story mode sorta thing. But it’s still a great version of a great series. Now VF6 for next gen!

  25. The Conjuring 2 - 2/10 Honestly it probably wouldn't be that bad if it was like 30 minutes long, not over 2 hours. It gets really gimmicky after a bit. I didn't think it was bad at first, but I looked at the time after an hour and was like "there's still a fucking HOUR?!" Also you can only do the "paranormal thing closes a door and people can't open it" thing so many times. And remember kids, dutch angles are sPoOoOkY. Going through this franchise has reinforced why I don't like horror movies. 90% of them are so fucking lazy. Like someone comes up with a "wo

  32. I did play Super Stardust even way back I believe but hadn't paid attention to Housemarque until I discovered Nex Machina earlier this year. That game is a total fucking gem and I made it all the way to playing it on Veteran. I'm just taking a break because of Returnal actually. After Returnal, I actually want to start buying their back catalog more or less, especially Resogun and Alienation.

  33. They're a first party studio, so it's not indie, but the studio is small and the budgets aren't huge. So it's going to bear more resemblance to a small indie studio as opposed to Santa Monica.

  34. lol so did anyone else try? I finally was able to login to the evga page and get in the queue for the 3080ti ftw3. I’ll see what happens, I forgot how annoying it is dealing with the crashing websites, that’s by far the worst part of trying to get one, this is all the effort I’m putting in for this one. Edit: Elite evga members are the only ones who can get in queue for this until tomorrow so it’s a decent head start at least if anyone else wants to try to queue this.

  37. The last 2 (optionally) single player Blizzard games were Starcraft II and Diablo III, both of which were already well in development when they were acquired by Activision. Diablo III came out 9 years ago. Diablo IV might come out someday, but I bet the emphasis will be on multiplayer and lootboxes and shit even more than the last one. It has been made abundantly clear that things like RTS games are not going to be a priority ever again to them. If you can't sell a lootbox, they don't want to make it.

  43. Well, I have to say I'm extremely impressed with this remaster! I was taken back at how good everything looked right from the gate. The sound is stunning and boy does this bring back great memories playing this again. I've only played 2 hours and just reached the citadel and the visuals are terrific! They did a fantastic job improving almost everything and I haven’t had a hitch in framerate at all. In fact, on Eden Prim it felt like it was running at 60fps and I'm playing on the visual performance mode (one x version). This game is so good I kinda forgot. The conversio

  44. I wish I could have ordered them both to die. lmao, I am 15 hours into ME1 and I haven’t even been to Feros or Virmire yet. it’s not a big deal to skip side quests, though the result of some do make an appearance in later games. one thing you can do(if you like the game enough) after experiencing it for the first time is go back through them to make your ideal play through. Make all the “right” choices and see how it all plays out. And in that play through you can scoop up all the side quests too. man, I’ve really missed this franchise.
