I don't remember when I first registered on IGN, but I definitely was on the boards when I lived in Maryland and that was 1999-2002ish. I may have been registered before that, I was very into online message boards in the late 90s. I really can't remember. I definitely remember paying for access later in the life of IGN. When did this place start up? It was over a decade ago, right?

Dusk is super fun. I downloaded like 3 or 4 of those modern retro shooters that were the rage a few years ago and Dusk was the standout winner of the bunch. This game looks cool. I'm sure the novelty would wear off quickly, but if they price it right and make it a good length it could be a good time.

I haven't actually seen the Barbie movie, but my understanding is that it is basically the Lego Movie, but slathered with over-the-top anti-patriarchy messaging. I'm guessing a monopoly movie will be the same thing, but for capitalism? Kinda rich coming from Hollywood, one of the most patriarchal and negatively capitalist industries to ever exist... We've had Clue and Battleship... what's next? Candyland? Risk? Life? Mousetrap? Chutes and Ladders?

My kids love Chipotle and we eat there at least a few times a month. I don't condone the shooting of Chipotle employees... but I get it.

Well, it took forever, but I finally finished this up. I thought the movie wrapped things up about as well as you can expect something like this to get wrapped up. I feel like a lot of characters fell to the wayside at the end, but I’m not sure if they could really have had a satisfying ending for everyone. It would have been like the ending of Return of the King times 10… Anyway, I’m not sure I really have that much to say… great show, watched it for 20 years, glad to see it go out while still being high quality. The last few seasons were great. I remember not really feeling em when I first watched, it the second time it all flowed better. I feel like the show peaked around season 2-3, fell off a bit in 4-5 and rebounded again with 6 and 7. The movie felt more like the season 7 finale than some sort of epic standalone event… and that’s just fine.
