  1. Starfield Bleed 2 Armored Core 6 Returnal Ys9 Call of Duty: Modern Warfare (2019) Vampyr Suicide Squad Mario vs Dk Penny’s Big Breakaway Banishers: Ghosts of New Eden Brothers: A Tale of Two Sons Remake Horizon Burning Shores Princess Peach Showtime Pepper Grinder - Awesome platformer that completely nails its central mechanic. It’s short with only 20 levels and four boss fights (and the last boss is an annoying difficulty spike) but it’s also $15 which is a fair price and to get all 5 medals in all of the levels took me just shy of 7 hours. I’ll definitely be going back just to play around and also to do the time attack now that I don’t need to find medals. While a 79oc isn’t bad I still feel it got hit too hard for being short considering the replay-ability and fantastic execution of what is on display here. I’d give it a 8.7/10. It is too bad it’s not a little longer, even if that raises the price, but that is what Pepper Grinder 2 will surely be for!
  2. I’m doing Ubi+ like I always do anyway so I’ll be playing whatever the most deluxe version is. This game is going to rule.
  3. Shadows of the Empire was about $180 in todays money when it came out, even if you do buy the ultimate version at launch you are getting a hell of a deal these days in comparison!
  4. I’m making good progress on PepperGrinder. I got 100% on the first three worlds about to head to the fourth and final world. Game may be short but it’s priced right, is very replay-able and its mechanics just feel wonderful.
  5. This is something I just observed while browsing imdb. I wonder if Nic even has that many in three years like that.
  6. I bought Ark Ascended I managed to avoid the game all these years but I have been really wanting to see this UE5 remake on pc as I’ve heard it’s stunning on high end. It finally came to gamepass and it indeed looks fantastic maxed out but there is no dlss on gamepass. I liked looking at the dino’s in UE5 enough that I spent the $45 for it on Steam. Dlss is working now and removed the cpu bottleneck completely and helps a lot though not as much as you’d hope on the gpu. Still running it at 1440p quality on a 4090 is probably the best to have frame gen work well which is kind of insane. Definitely up there with Avatar among the most realistic games though. Ill try to get far enough on easy to where I can fly a dino cuz I see you can do that. I do wish this was not…this type of game. I want to run around and look at dino’s but I don’t want to worry about getting cold and shit. Maybe I can mod it to something more enjoyable.
  7. Starfield Bleed 2 Armored Core 6 Returnal Ys9 Call of Duty: Modern Warfare (2019) Vampyr Suicide Squad Mario vs Dk Penny’s Big Breakaway Banishers: Ghosts of New Eden Brothers: A Tale of Two Sons Remake Horizon Burning Shores Princess Peach Showtime - I think this is probably Good Feel’s best game yet and a good more 3D evolution of their style of game. Having all the different play styles also helps keep the variety for mechanics up with this sort of game. I’d probably give it a 8/10 with some slight marks dropped for having no way to skip cutscenes and to select specific scenes when replaying levels. It makes getting 100% more tedious than it needs to be, and typically that’s what you want to go for in a game like this. But it’s an incredibly charming and imaginative game with an absolute killer style all throughout and a lot of fun. I’m torn what I want Good Feel to do next because after 40 years to finally get a non insulting Princess Peach game, I don’t think you should just put it down for another four decades, so this should be a series now. But also GF have now made good Peach, Yoshi (Wooley World and to a lesser extent but I think I need to go back to it, Crafted World), Kirby (Epic Yarn), and Wario (Shake it!) games and I’d love to see what they would do for another Nintendo character also. I think the only solution is to grow the developer and have a Peach team and another team that does random 1 offs. I wouldn’t mind another Wario though either.
  8. I think it definitely helps to have lower expectations and embrace it for what it is. I looked at it as the entire space and all the planets combined are the equal to the normal Bethesda play space rather than expecting each planet itself to be so and it makes more sense that way.
  9. I’m maybe 2.5 hours in or so. I’m loving it, it’s got great vibes. I just put it on easy since the combat isnt great and it’s fine like this and doesn’t detract from what it does well. The puzzles are a lot of fun. It’s quite visually interesting. I’m playing as Dave Harbour for the novelty of being familiar with him and he does a good job here. Too bad I guess I’m already probably 1/4th through it.
  10. I’m big on the vagina that thing is wild
