  1. Good stuff it appears updating the bios was the fix. I was able to play a game of WZ and apex without any issues. ColdWar remains untested but it looking extremely promising. Thank you again everyone who helped with the discussion. And thank you SimpleG for suggesting the Bios update. For the sake of learning and future reference the bios dated 8/2020 "August of 2020" and the new updated Bios is dated to 2/4/2021 "February 2021" making the bios only 6months old from the previous. I read somewhere that usually bios update isn't needed but being it was the fix for me could partly be the reason due to the CPU & GPU being relatively newish. Again thank you so much for everyone help. Happy gaming! Whoop Whoop Oh and running Warzone + Omen Monitor topped out @ 515watts. So PSU is well sized and no issues.
  2. There is an update to the bios...going to try that first see if that helps then move to rolling back NVIDIA driver. Will post back shortly thank you guys so far for your help. Cause honestly....Just trying to game....lol
  3. And sorry but im still confused about power demand/ PSU wattage size. When I know the wattage load and can run a game using 500+ watts without fail but when I run one of the three games mentioned. 1.ColdWar 2.WarZone 3.Apex Legends All of witch are under 300watts @ main menu and still have the crash. How can it be the PSU at that point?
  4. RTX version....founders....it is an original Nvidia card. If that answers your question. And sorry but im still confused about power demand/ PSU wattage size. 5. Alright back with more details. First I'm not over clocking anything everything is stalk. I'm also gaming @ 1440p. Don't think the PSU is the issue and here is my reasoning. I have a UPS with a digital read out of the Wattage load. I ran 3d Mark again just now, this time the 4k extreme test. NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3080 video card benchmark result - AMD Ryzen 9 5900X,ASUSTeK COMPUTER INC. ROG STRIX X570-I GAMING WWW.3DMARK.COM AMD Ryzen 9 5900X, NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3080 x 1, 32768 MB, 64-bit Windows 10} Peak wattage usage with both the monitor "HP OMEN - 27" IPS LED QHD FreeSync & G-Sync Compatible Gaming Monitor" & the PC was 489w for both graphical stress test. I have seen the wattage above 500w when playing Monster hunter world and I continue to play it with no crashing issues. For the sake of numbers I booted WarZone again to see what the wattage was @ time of fault knowing the main menu is one of the failing locations and not too graphical heavy compared to actual game play the peek wattage was 280-287 idle.....and without fail within 10-15 seconds just sitting @ main menu PC crashed.
  6. Just a follow up question/information. I have played only ColdWar when I first built the PC maybe 3weeks ago. And had no issues then. Also have ran 3Dmark just to see if that would bring anything to light and the test ran great. NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3080 video card benchmark result - AMD Ryzen 9 5900X,ASUSTeK COMPUTER INC. 8. WHAT I HAVE: MotherBoard = ASUS ROG Strix B550-I Gaming AM4 "MiniITX" CPU = AMD Ryzen 9 5900x RAM = 2x16GB G.Skill F4-3600C18-16GTZN NVME = "Primeary Drive" = WD_BLACK SN850 1TB SSD = "Secondary Drive" = Crucial MX500 2TB GPU = Nvidia RTX 3080 WHAT I AM TRYING TO DO: Play any of these games without crashing: 1.WarZone 2.ColdWar 3.Apex WHAT HAPPENS: Computer boots up no issues. I have played MonsterHunterWorld & Valheim with no issues thees are the only games I have tested and and currently playing. However when I try to boot/play any of the above games to scratch the FPS itch, all three do one of the following instances. 1.Starts to boot w/ launcher and crashes. 2.Loads into game and within 10-15 seconds just sitting in main menu....crashes. 3.Loads into game....Load into Lobby/Match....within 30sec-1min of actual game play...crashes. All of the above are PC crashes not game crashes. The PC abruptly shuts off and starts up as if I just hit the reset button. WHAT HAVE I TIRED: Complete clean reinstall of windows. Clean install of all games. No additional software has been downloaded to help eliminated potential conflicting software.
