The 8 Sleep is WELL WORTH IT. Summer nights I set it at 50 degrees, winter Ill set it at 80. Its timed based on your cycle of sleep, so deep sleep itll adjust to a lower temperature (or whatever you program it to). Its amazing technology that I am really surprised has not garnered more attention.

Parking it was easy, it was narrow parking spots that had me constantly worried about getting door dings. I wouldnt bother driving it downtown for things like Vikings games.

Been dealing with serious back pain for like 9 months...just figured stretching and chiro would get me back to health. It didnt. I went in for an MRI and I have a fragmented disc in the lower lumbar. Got an injection for it and that worked for about 4 months but I can tell Im going back to how I was prior to the shot. I feel for you, back pain really blows.

the american health system is such a joke. I hope they diagnosed her correctly. When I was dealing with chronic throat soreness, I went to the ears nose and throat doc and he stated its acid reflux and to see a gastro. Went to see the gastro and he said it was ENT. This went back and forth for a year. I went in for a sleep study to find out that I snore almost all night and that was the root of my chronic sore throat.

I dated furks for a good amount of time...prolly like 2-3 years...This was back in like 2017.
