Still playing Diablo 3… no clue why, all the bad guys and everything doesnt matter if you can DPS things away.. I dont know why Im hooked.. If anything I look at the world and wish I could play the scenarios from a Dark Souls style gameplay and perspective.. I will keep playing, just not sure why..

Machine Gun Kelly Crow doesnt look appealing specially after the trailer.. Why call the guy Eric Draven? why not tie in to the older films, if there was a “franchise” where tie-ins were possible this was it….City of Angels implied a darker motive behind the Crows bringing people back… why not explore that?? Oh well at least its yet another reason to give the original and its underrated sequel another go round (Iggy is having a great time in City of Angels)… that 4K disc in May will be most welcome Im guessing even the legacy of great soundtracks will also be broken as well.. oh well 2 films is still not bad

Blue Beetle 7/10…. The main actor carried the film pretty well. I got the Latino based references and easter eggs, they pretty much hit all bases from humor to background music. The spectacle towards the end was enjoyable mostly because I wasnt expecting the depth of the involvement from the family. The main armored villains backstory was the thing that git me the most… His background that tied in to the School of the Americas and all the killing in 80s Central America was odd to see mostly because it touches base with my own childhood and things I experienced… To see that mostly forgotten death and cruelty played out in “popular” entertainment felt odd.. not wrong, not right, just odd.. A mostly enjoyable film but certainly not in the upper tiers of hero films
