Real talk, try using an everything bagel as a burger bun. It's damn tasty.

Everything bagels for any kind of sandwich is damned amazing, but burgers is a new one. That's a possibility for me.

I don't eat as many bagels due to the enormous carbs in them, but I still have them on occasion because they're a heavenly food.

Anyhow as for me I like to keep it simple. Plain bagel, cream cheese, lox. Like this, but more lox and with a plain bagel, and I prefer to just use the bottom half of the bagel (so nothing, not even the other part of the bagel, on top of the salmon).

Smoked white fish spread "similar" to gefilte fish? :|

Come on man, to people who don’t eat fish products for breakfast, they are!  But for accuracy:

gefilte - fish matzah ball stored in jelatounus brine

whitefish spread - smoked whitefish mixed with olive oil or mayo and other seasonings (all kinds of variety available)
