Everything bagels for any kind of sandwich is damned amazing, but burgers is a new one. That's a possibility for me. Like this, but more lox and with a plain bagel, and I prefer to just use the bottom half of the bagel (so nothing, not even the other part of the bagel, on top of the salmon).
