I'm posting this thread because I just had a moment of forgetting that we have a search feature that actually works and thus attempting to instead find I wanted with a "site:dayonepatch.com [search terms]" search on Google.

It's like my brain still can't fully accept that a non-broken search feature is actually possible. I mean yes intellectually it is aware of this, but it can't accept it to the point where "use the search function" is my immediate response to "I need to find something on the boards."

I think there was one point on here where I was going to have more than 5 active polls, and I started trying to figure out how to deactivate old ones. About 30 minutes later I realized that it was only IGN that had the 5 poll limit.

I keep forgetting that IP Board doesn't quote more than one person in sequence like the old IGN board. You have to use the multi-quote to do that.

Things like "I'll WUL whoever helps me" made me not want to help the person TBH. I mean we are on a fucking nerd forum. Helping each other with nerd topics is the fucking reason we're here. I found it insulting that the person thought that a WUL was better than the pleasure you could derive from just helping someone else with something you know all about anyhow.
