The Santa Cruz Police Department is warning visitors to keep an eye out for a man dressed in a ‘Cookie Monster’ costume.

 

Normally I don’t post random local news that google tries to feed me but what the fuck are these visitors thinking? He’s the cookie monster, you give him cookies or else of course he’s going to be upset like that’s the whole deal.
