  3. Obviously he could be anyone, but now I am almost positive he is Again, it's just a theory, but these things are serious pointers towards him being Snoke. Another interesting tidbit in a description of him is his "black eyes which seem to swallow the light" (paraphrasing). These are also canon novels, commissioned by Disney, so theres a strong connection. It will be interesting to see, for sure.
  4. So, Naruto becomes the 7th Hokage and gets married to Hinata. They have two kids. Sakura and Sasuke get married and have one kid. Kakashi became the 6th Hokage. He passed the role down to Naruto. Adult Naruto: That is it. World was saved and stuff. P.S. I didn't read the last chapter. I just looked it up on the Wiki. Also, I teared up a bit when I saw Naruto became Hokage. Super happy they didn't end up killing him off at the very end. Would of been nice if Sauce-K died though.
  5. Avatar: Legend of Korra Season 3

So with Season 3 of Korra just finished, what were your thoughts on the finale?
  6. I just finished it. And? It was really, really good. The game has a level of realism to it that, while I would never mark a game down for not having it, makes it that much more engaging an experience. The game letting you allow Letho to walk away is fascinating to me (mostly because Saskia wasn't difficult in the least and I expected a final boss), and they fact that it introduces characters that don't have a vested interest in the conclusion of the story was a nice change of pace. There was also a level of polish to the game that sets it in very elite company. I would love to see the arena combat make it into the game itself somehow. Is it worth reading the books? I feel like a little context would go a long way! Mostly though, I wanted to crank through it before 3 comes out (Which will bring my PC to its knees no doubt)
  7. *spoilers below* Basically I wanted to see who saw the alternate ending. I always explore before I do what a game is asking me to, and I accidentally went to the fire escape to the right in this video and, well, you'll see... Did anybody else stumble across this? That was great! And I'm going to go on record and say that the location of Mr. Slave's anal cavity is the funniest location ever in a video game. The shit that you find in there! This game was a riot! This game is just loaded with great South Park references. Way too many to mention. But man Canada...
  8. In memoriam

I'm here to say goodbye, again again and again, to the many deaths of Sean Bean. Spoilers for anyone who hasn't seen anything with Sean Bean in it recently.
  9. SPOILERS BELOW YE HAVE BEEN WARNED First up, there are five achievements that detail Desmond's journey through Assassin's Creed III. Apparently we'll be exploring a present day stadium and skyscraper before facing Abstergo and learning Desmond's ultimate fate. The new Homestead feature of the game, which will allow you to decorate your manor using the inventions of a certain Benjamin Franklin, also gets its own section of achievements. Apparently we'll be able to invite artisans and other "optional characters" to come and live with us, possibly to unlock discounts on services and other bonuses. If that's not enough decorating and upgrading for you though, never fear; your ship, the Aquila, can also be decked out to make seafaring side quests that little bit easier. Most exciting, though, is the fact that for the first time additional missions will be unlocked following the credits rolling. The full list of achievements is below:
  10. Kind of like those MGS threads I was making I'll sort of blog about how I feel the game holds up, how it is in general and just any thoughts about the game in general. First thing I can say is, I understand why everyone wants a KOTOR 3 or at least a Bioware action-RPG set in the Star Wars universe. It's such a rich, big universe to play around with for a game and it's been pretty well realised in KOTOR. Graphically the game still holds up really well, facial animation is a bit touch and go and the sound problems caused by playing the game on the 360 are annoying but not game breaking. the environments look great and during gameplay it's great. I really didn't like the combat at first, it felt too limiting but then once I started facing a few enemies at once and setting out my plan of attack with each of my characters I found a pleasant level of depth, though I'm fucking terrible (I just stand at the front, attack and occasionally use my power shot). Anyway, to recount where I'm up to. I've just freed the Wookie from the Sewers, it's taken me so much game time to get here because I've spent a lot of time running around not knowing where the fuck i should be going. I had the same problem in the first Mass Effect so maybe it's just a case of getting settled with the game. I'm also sure after I've done my major missions on the planet I'm on now I'm going to have a go at the card game they all go on about and beat everyone in the duels, just because it all sounds fun. So yeah, so far it's been fun but not exactly earth shattering, but I'll keep going and see if it improves for me.
  11. Just curious what tv series you guys think the writing is so ridiculously bad. I was just re-watching prison break again, just finished season 2 and cant help but laugh at it again. I thought the first season was good, but never did like the idea of the show continuing once they got out, I knew it would get just stupid from there. I mean you have them break out of prison in season one, and even in the first season it was pretty ridiculous. But than in season 2 they all some how meet up again even once split up, even when in another country Tbag and Michael still manage to find eachother. Billick and Roy losing their jobs and finding them, it's just hilariously bad. Than season 2 ends with Michael going to prison again. So lets discuss some of the most ridiculous and sad moments in tv.
  12. Thanks to the leaked Beta, someone was able to get the beginning of ME3. Its still unpolished in the cut scenes, and a little buggy. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NjvCeKcVMR4 inb4videoistakendown
  13. Uncharted 3 ending questions...

So many unanswered questions! The organization that Marlowe belonged to has been around for over 400 years. Ok. The game seemed to allude that she might be hundreds of years old... but then never followed up on it. She and her cronies are after the water from Atlantis in the Sand. How did they know the water had those effects? And what about when Carter shot Marlowes right hand man? All of a sudden he's fine. Carter even mentions it after he shows up again. And how in the hell did Marlowe find the atlantis of the sand? They didn't have the cypher only the two pieces of the marker stone Drake and his crew found in Syria and France. And whats with the LSD Marlowes men used? What's the point? They've been trying to kill Drake and crew... so why bother with the drug? And at the end... there were no genies right? Those fire headed dudes were just an acid trip, right? So there really wasn't any supernatural shenanigans in this game then. And then there was Drake and Elayna. Same situation as last game, eh? Kind of weak, imo. I had a blast with this game. It was excellent. In a world without Uncharted 2, this game is a 10, or close to it. But Uncharted 2 was just so perfect, when you compare 3 to 2, it just doesn't hold up. The quality of the storytelling just wasn't there. I didnt feel the drama. The story didn't make sense. Motivation of the characters was thin and the plot was almost a beat for beat rehash of Uncharted 2. It felt like a step backwards, story wise. Still, not every game can be as good as Uncharted 2, and I get that but I was hoping for more. Hopefully their next game will aim a little higher.
  14. What a fun sequence. I was surprised by how ambitious it was, looks as though they destroyed quite alot of cars, and the vault looked tangible, as though it was extremely heavy. Even though it couldn't have been, really. It's nice to see a movie go all out like that, reminds me of the Road Warrior days. I also loved seeing The Rock having so much fun with a role, this was definitely the right move for his career. (Although I did find him switching teams near the end to be completely unsellable - moreso than anything else in the movie). I had way more fun with this film than I expected, and was surprised to see it has 100% from the top critics on rottentomatoes. Bring on a sequel.
