  1. Out in Japan already, Ys10 - which really did at least make Digital Foundry’s John put it on his GOTY list for the Japanese version - is making a quicker entry to NA than usual with a Fall 24 target! The traversal looks wonderful. Switch (target platform), PS5, AND PC all at launch! Ys 10: Nordics finally has a release window for its western localization | TechRadar WWW.TECHRADAR.COM Anime vikings Yeah there are ship battles, but I trust Falcom far more than Ubi to make them fun.
  2. Nintendo Insider - 10/10 Wccftech - 9.3/10 Destructoid - 9/10 The Sixth Axis - 8/10 Japan needs to ditch silent protagonists. No one likes it
  3. Forza Horizon 4 “Horizon Life” Campaign Detailed, Opt Out of Online With One Button Press Forza Horizon 4 looks like it’s taking the open-world racing concept to the next level. In addition to seasons and a shared online world, Forza Horizon 4 is introducing Horizon Life, a new campaign that really lets players live in the game’s gorgeous world. Buy a house, take on non-racing jobs, and more! Check out the IGN First video below for more info and some new Horizon 4 footage. Here’s a rundown of what Horizon Life brings to Forza Horizon 4, courtesy of chief game designer Ben Thaker-Fell… According to Thaker-Fell, Horizon 4 will also eliminate a lot of the annoyances typically associated with shared open worlds. Players can also keep busy with Forzathon Live, a new series of optional online events that change every hour. But hey, if you still don’t want to play online, you can opt out with the press of a single button. Developer Playground Games seems to be serious about letting players tackle the game how they want. What do you think? Excited for the game? I’m impressed by what I’m seeing – let’s just hope all the online stuff works at launch! Forza Horizon 4 drifts onto PC and Xbox One on October 2.
