  1. Just randomly watched Tyler O’Neil make history with his 5th consecutive opening day homerun.
  2. Went out on my second main combat journey and jesus things escalate quickly. Headed out east for that part of the monster culling quest. A griffin was right outside the capital. Used a wakestone, got it down to 1 health bar, and it just flies off. Got to the quest easy enough but decided I should push on to The Nameless Village, find a minotaur which i got through with another wake stone. Then a bir further I get gang banged by multiple Saurians and wolves. Use another wakestone. Then some rando group of rogues just one shot me just outside the quest marker. So guess I'll try going another way when I play later. Starting with fighter until I get the augment for more carry weight, then I'll try out warrier or rogue. Dumb me sold all my daggers because I saw you get good Thief gear at the Nameless Village but i don't seem to be getting in anytime soon. Maybe I'm wrong but I was thinking the further south you go the harder the game gets so I thought I'd start filling out the north part of the map
  3. This is the first time in awhile where I'm like fuck work I should be playing Dragon's Dogma 2. Even worse is that I work from home and could easily good off and go do it.
  4. I'm a cheap bitch and looked up how to get some good stuff early and just started a new game. Without even doing anything I made it to the capital with over 30k gold. The answer to your inventory problems is to sell everything thats not rare. You don't need 50 goblin horns or base level potions. Sell that shit. And if you do end up needing a couple goblin horns or Saurian scales to upgrade a weapon, walk like 2 minutes outside of the capital. Of course you build up your gold early you can then get weapons that need higher level enemy parts than the base trash mobs drop so you won't need that crap anyway
  5. I’m not super far in but so far if anything the game is too easy. My pawns just slaughter everything and I get like a couple hits in for the trash mobs. Having a mage for the main pawn has been great. Great damage is combat then heals afterwards. So far it seems the real did the artificial difficulty of how limited your inventory space is and dealing with the pain in the ass everything seems to be. I didn’t realize camp kits had limited uses so I was using one at every campsite. On the final use I get ambushed in the night and then it’s night time with no way to rest. I ended up being okay but the game seems to troll like that a lot. im assuming you need to be an archer to that elven bow guys quest so I switched to that and will set out to do that later.
  6. Is there anyway to lock on? I’ll be fighting one thing then something else comes near me and now I’m facing them and get hit from behind all the time.
  7. Waiting for that Dragons Dogma 2 unlock which should be 9pm for me
  8. Glad I wasn't up at 3am to see Yamamoto get rocked in his first start. Would be the Dodgers luck that the "billion dollar offseason" ends up going to a guy who gets banned for gambling and a bust of a pitcher. Or as I just saw someone say, Yamamoto stole more money than Ippei.
